Our Story
North Bay Group was founded by a team of entrepreneurs with years of experience starting, operating, and investing in small businesses. Together, we’ve successfully built and sold multiple companies, and today we focus on reinvesting in local service-based businesses. Our approach follows a proven, hands-off, operator-led model that allows skilled owners to grow while maintaining control of their business.

Our past experience reinforces what we already knew: great operators are out there, but they’re often stuck at a ceiling. They’re turning down work, stuck doing everything themselves, and missing opportunities because they lack capital, systems, or strategic guidance.

We built North Bay Group to solve that problem — to give operators the backing they need without taking away their control.
